Every piece of apparel is made to order - produced specifically for you, not pulled from a warehouse. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain a more considered approach to production. 

SIZE & FIT
We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Please refer to the size guide provided on each product page before purchasing.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, if we agree we’ll let you know and we’ll organise a replacement at no additional cost.

CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Ordering the wrong item

SHIPPING
Delivery time is 5-14 days from order (in Aus). If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
